All content included on this website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software are the property of Wild-Swiss-Adventure. The content made available to you on the website is provided solely in connection with the use of the website for its intended purpose. Otherwise, no material from this site or any of its affiliates may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way. Insofar as the content on this site was not created by us, third-party copyrights are respected. In particular, third-party content is labelled as such. Should you nevertheless become aware of a copyright infringement, please notify us accordingly. If we become aware of any legal infringements, we will remove such content immediately.
Based on Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the data protection provisions of the Swiss Confederation (Data Protection Act, DSG), every person is entitled to protection of their privacy and protection against misuse of their personal data. We comply with these provisions. Personal data is treated as strictly confidential and is neither sold nor passed on to third parties.
Your data will be saved by us and only stored for the company's internal customer file. Please let us know if you do not wish to receive any offers by e-mail.
1. registrations are to be made online, by e-mail, after successful registration / contract, the "General Terms and Conditions" and "Privacy Policy" are valid and legally effective.
2. the event costs and course costs must always be paid online in advance
3. a lesson usually lasts 1 hour (60 min). Work is always done in favour of the dog. Events according to the description of the individual events.
4. after receipt of payment by Wild Swiss Adventure & Dog School GmbH, the event is firmly booked
5. up to 21 days before the event, the booking in your profile can be cancelled free of charge, minus 4% bank charges
6. up to 14 days before the event, the booking can be cancelled via email and 50% of the booking value will be refunded, minus 4% bank charges
7. up to 7 days before the event, the booking can be cancelled by email and 20% of the booking value will be refunded, less 4% bank charges
8. 48 hours before the event we will send an SMS or email whether the event will take place or not. Bad weather, too warm, etc.
9. snowfall, cloudy, too cold are not valid reasons for cancellation.
10. for events and courses, the dates are fixed to your booking. If you do not attend, no costs will be refunded. If you are late for the agreed time, an extension is not possible.
11. if an event cannot be organised by Wild Swiss Adventure. We will look for another date together or the amount will be refunded to 100%.
12 The dog handler and participants in the events must ensure that they have sufficient insurance cover for themselves (and their dog). Participants are also obliged to take out adequate cover for themselves and their accompanying persons (liability, accident/illness, theft/loss, damage of any kind caused by or to the dog, Rega, Air Zermatt, etc.). Wild-Swiss-Adventure accepts no liability whatsoever.
13 Good health and appropriate equipment are required for all tours and courses. The physical and technical requirements set out in the programme must be met. If a participant does not fulfil these requirements, Wild-Swiss-Adventure may exclude him/her from the event. No refunds will be made in the event of exclusion for the above reasons
14. the journey to and from the event is the responsibility of the individual participants and will not be reimbursed or included in the price.
15 We reserve the right to make changes (course/price/GTC). The prices are shown in the individual offers and may vary depending on the offer.
16 Photos or films taken during training sessions or events may be published on our website. If you do not agree to this, you are welcome to inform us in writing before the training session or event.
1. contracts via shop.wild-swiss-adventure.ch are concluded exclusively in German. When ordering Wild-Swiss-Adventure articles, your contractual partner is Wild-Swiss-Adventure GmbH, Kantonsstrasse 26, 3922 Eisten; when ordering Wild-Swiss-Adventure partner articles, your contractual partner is also the respective Wild-Swiss-Adventure partner, about whose identity we will inform you individually on the respective product detail page.
2. by clicking on the "buy now" button, you place a binding order for the items in the shopping basket. We will confirm receipt of your order by email immediately after you have sent your order. A binding contract is concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation. Please note that in the case of advance payment (reservation), the ordered goods will be delivered as soon as we have received payment of the full purchase price and any shipping costs. We therefore ask you to transfer the purchase price immediately after receipt of the order confirmation, but within 7 days at the latest.
3. please note that we are exceptionally not obliged to deliver the ordered goods if we have duly ordered the goods on our part but have not been supplied correctly or on time. The prerequisite is that we are not responsible for the unavailability of the goods and that we have informed you of this circumstance without delay. If the goods are subsequently unavailable, we will reimburse you immediately for any payments already made.
4. we do not assume the risk of having to procure ordered goods (procurement risk). This also applies to the ordering of goods which are only described according to their type and characteristics (generic goods). We are only obliged to deliver from our stock of goods and the goods ordered by us from our suppliers. For orders of Wild Swiss Adventure partner articles, our stock of goods includes the stock of goods of the Wild Swiss Adventure partner. We deliver orders within Switzerland. If working days are specified as delivery periods, we understand this to mean all days from Monday to and including Friday, with the exception of public holidays.
5. the prices listed in the offer at the time of the order shall apply. The prices quoted are final prices, i.e. they include the applicable statutory VAT.
6. different shipping charges may apply for the dispatch of particularly bulky, heavy or valuable items, as well as for shipping outside Switzerland.
7 In principle, we offer the payment methods prepayment, credit card, Paypal. We reserve the right not to offer certain payment methods for each order and to refer to other payment methods. Please note that we only accept payments from accounts in Switzerland and within the European Union (EU). Any costs of a money transaction are to be borne by you.
8 In the case of purchase by credit card, your credit card account will be debited when we dispatch the order.
9. gift vouchers are vouchers that you can purchase. These can only be redeemed for the purchase of Wild Swiss Adventure articles and Wild Swiss Adventure partner articles, but not for the purchase of other gift vouchers. If the balance of a gift voucher is not sufficient for the order, the difference can be made up using the payment options offered.
Gift vouchers and credit can only be redeemed before completing the order process. The balance of a gift voucher is neither paid out in cash nor does it bear interest.
10. for all purchases of Wild Swiss Adventure articles, there is a voluntary right of return totalling 30 days from receipt of the goods. After this period, you can withdraw from the contract by returning the goods to us within 30 days of receipt of the goods (the period begins on the day after receipt of the goods). Timely despatch is sufficient to meet the deadline. However, a prerequisite for exercising the right of return is that you have only tried on the goods to try them on, as in a shop, and that you return the goods complete and undamaged. We also ask that you return the goods to us in their original packaging. The right of return does not apply to the purchase of gift vouchers. Please send goods to:

11. we will automatically arrange for any refunds to be made to the account you used for payment. In the case of payment by invoice and prepayment, the refund will be made to the account from which the transfer was made. If you have paid by PayPal or credit card, the refund will be made to the associated PayPal or credit card account. If you have used a gift voucher for your purchase, we are instructed that you provide us with account details.
12. the statutory warranty for defects applies. Wild-Swiss-Adventure expressly reserves the right to provide the buyer with a defect-free replacement in the event of asserted and established defects in the purchased item.
13. only defects that indicate a production fault will be accepted. We accept no liability for improper use, wear and tear caused by biting or use that is not assigned to the product, misuse.
Should individual provisions of the contract, including these provisions, be or become invalid in whole or in part, or should the contract contain an unforeseen loophole, the validity of the remaining provisions or parts of such provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid or missing provisions shall be replaced by the respective statutory provisions.
14 Swiss law shall apply to all legal transactions or other legal relationships with us. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and any other intergovernmental agreements shall not apply. In the case of contracts for a purpose that cannot be attributed to the professional or commercial activity of the authorised party (contract with consumers), this choice of law shall only apply insofar as the protection granted is not withdrawn by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the consumer has his habitual residence.
15. with regard to consumers, the place of jurisdiction shall be the Swiss domicile of the consumer. In business transactions with merchants, the place of jurisdiction for all legal disputes concerning these terms and conditions and individual contracts concluded under these terms and conditions, including actions on bills of exchange and cheques, shall be our registered office. In this case, we shall also be entitled to take legal action at the customer's place of residence or domicile.
