General Terms and Conditions (AGB)
valid from 01.01.2025

1. scope of application
These terms and conditions apply to all bookings of events and courses with Wild Swiss Adventure GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "WSA"). By making a booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. registration & payment
Bookings can be made online or by e-mail.
Payment is due in advance. The booking is not confirmed until payment has been received.
The booking is personal and non-transferable.

3. duration & content
The duration of a course is usually 60 minutes.

The exact programme and content depend on the respective event description on our website.

4. cancellation & refund
Cancellation by participants:
up to 21 days before the event: free cancellation via your profile
up to 14 days before the event: 50 % refund by e-mail
up to 7 days before the event: 20 % refund by mail
up to 2 days before the event: 2 % refund by e-mail
less than 48 hours: no refund
No-show or late arrival: no refund, no extension

Cancellation by WSA (e.g. weather, impassable trails):
You can choose between:
a) Alternative date that suits both sides
b) Refund less 5 % processing fee (min. CHF 10.-)

Repayment is made net to the means of payment used.
Fees from payment providers (e.g. credit card, PayPal) are not covered.

5 Participation requirements
Good health, suitable clothing and equipment are required.
Conditional and technical requirements according to the event description must be fulfilled.
In the event of unsuitability or danger, WSA may exclude participants - without refund.

6. insurance & liability
Participants are responsible for their own insurance (e.g. liability, accident, illness, Rega, Air Zermatt, etc.).
Participation is at your own risk. WSA accepts no liability for personal injury, property damage or financial loss.
Dog owners are liable for their animals.

7. copyright
All content (texts, images, videos, etc.) on the website and at events is protected by copyright.
Use, duplication or publication only with the written consent of WSA.

8. data protection
Personal data will be treated confidentially in accordance with the Data Protection Act (DSG, Switzerland). Use: exclusively for processing bookings & internal customer care
Disclosure to third parties: does not take place

Advertising emails: only after consent, cancellation possible at any time

9. image & video recordings
Photos or videos may be taken during the events.
These may be used by WSA for web & social media unless you have objected in writing in advance.

10. changes
WSA reserves the right to adjust prices, content, dates and these GTC at any time. The version valid at the time of booking applies.

11 Jurisdiction & Law
Swiss law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is the consumer's place of residence. For companies, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Wild Swiss Adventure GmbH.
